Extended abstracts must be written in English and should be at most three pages in length.  Submitted abstracts must arrive at CBI by 15 January 2004.

If possible, abstracts should be submitted electronically to Catherine Burstein, cb6d@andrew.cmu.edu. 

Otherwise abstracts may be submitted in hard copy to
