My current research focuses on how entitativity changes across time in natural groups. I am also interested in how we can measure entitativity with implicit measures, and the potential connection between entitativity and structural holes theory. My other research interest focuses on team reflexivity, or the ability to improve future performance by reflecting on past performance. With Dick Moreland, I am investigating whether or not reflection is actually helpful to groups, and what factors are important in the process of reflection.
